It's the first snow of the year, Ulrich is sleeping and Odd is packing up and going to Jerimie's room.

Aelita:What's Odd doing here?
Jerimie:He stay's with my during the Holidays.
Aelita:Why?
Odd:Cause' Ulrich is a real scrooge.
Aelita:Who?

Jerimie tells her about A Christmas Carol.

Aelita:Oh, but like in the story does he become nice.
Jerimie & Odd:No
Odd:That's why this year I'm gonna get him to see the light.

Aelita:What's your plan.
Odd:I'll tell you as soon as I think of it.
Jerimie:I have an idea, get your old band together and play chirstmas songs on the morning anouncments.
Odd:I'll try that as a back up plan.
Jerimie:back up.

odd goes to the bathroom without a single remark. Odd changes into a ghost costume and goes to Ulrich's room.

Odd:Ulrich, I'm the ghost of your old business partner.
Ulrich:I might have bought it Odd, had you not worn that same costume for halloween, and I never had a business partner.

Ulrich punches him out of the room and shuts the door.

Odd:Okay plan B

Odd's band starts playing jingle bell rock (william as keyboardist). After class Odd walked up to ulrich.

Odd:Hi Ulrich, feel any jollier.

Ulrich grabs some snow off the ground and shoves it in his face then leaves.

Odd:You could've at least used WHITE snow.

Later Odd is trying to think of a plan.

Odd:Come on, plan F, plan F, plan F.
Yumi:What happened to plan C,D, and E?
Odd:Well I knew they would fail the minute I thought of them. Wait doesn't kadic teach Kindergarten now. I'll trick Ulrich into dressing like Santa for the kids.
